I still have not received the product. I have emailed 3 times and gotten 2 responses that they would check on it, but still have not heard back as to where it is or when to expect it, or if they would reship another one. I would like to receive my item that was charged to my credit card 2 wks ago. I hope the quality of the product is better than the service.
